1) LEAD THE INDUSTRY
I would expect my DMO to lead us. I wouldn’t want a DMO that
2) DEFINE OUR DESTINATION STORY
I would want my DMO to find the right stories to tell. A destination is like a movie set and the consumers are the actors.
3) MITIGATE BARRIERS FOR GROWTH
4) INSPIRE CONSUMERS
5) REMOVE BARRIERS
