The phone is such an disruptive device, especially cell phone calls. I'm using it less and less for business except as you mention for previously scheduled calls where everybody knows what the purpose is. Email is much less of an interruption as I can chose the time to respond. Totally agree. The phone is such an disruptive device, especially cell phone calls.
